The Anchor Holds

Acts 20:24

24 But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.  (NKJV)

2 Timothy 4:7

7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.  (NKJV)

We need to be facilitators in the ministry of God, looking for opportunities to be His voice and minister to others.

4 Anchors that EVERY Christian needs:

  1. Sense of Destiny:know where you are going and what your purpose is. Are you in survival mode or truly living for GOd?
  2. Sense of Dedication: be dedicated to what your calling is and to your church.
  3. Sense of Declaration: be able and ready to tell who you are and whom you are serving.
  4. Sense of Duty: show up and be a representation of your church.
